I'm a hands-on engineering manager and architect. I lead teams shipping SaaS on web, API, mobile, and automation platforms, and I'm at home in the cloud when things need to scale.

Day to day I lead distributed teams, make architecture calls, mentor engineers, and handle technical escalations. We run software on-prem, at customer sites, and in the cloud. I still review code, write estimates, and build POCs when that's what moves the work forward.

On the side, I consult on architecture and performance: codebase reviews and triage when APIs, background jobs, or data stores aren't keeping up.
